The buzz around Pushpa 2: The Rule, starring Allu Arjun and directed by Sukumar, is reaching a fever pitch as the film gears up for its release on December 5. With advance bookings smashing records across the board, the sequel is poised to become a box office phenomenon, especially in the Hindi market.
Unprecedented Pre-Sale Records
The pre-sale figures are setting new benchmarks, especially in non-national chains. Here are the highlights:- Miraj Cinemas: Sold 45,000 tickets (Hindi only) for opening day, surpassing Animal (49,000 tickets across all languages) and Jawan (48,000 tickets). Expected to hit 50,000 by day's end.

- MovieMax: Already at 17,000 tickets, likely to exceed the all-time high of Stree 2 (21,780 tickets).
National Chains’ Momentum
The top three national chains (PVRInox, Cinepolis, and others) have collectively sold over 3.15 lakh tickets, heading towards 4.25 lakh. While Bahubali 2 holds the top spot with 6.50 lakh tickets, Pushpa 2 aims to become the sixth highest advance seller in multiplexes, surpassing KGF 2 and Animal in gross revenue despite selling fewer tickets.Massive Opening Day Expected
